Sinead uses her skill sets to deliver a course that makes it easy for you to learn how to meditate.

With 23 years of experience in the field, she integrates useful techniques that are easy to follow including; gentle movement; breathing techniques; meditation; and mindfulness practices.

The course is recognized for CPD hours.

You will experience deep states of peace, compassion, and heightened sensory awareness.

*It is important to highlight that meditation is a form of exercise for the mind. It is not to replace any medication or psychotherapeutic interventions.
It often takes a minimum 8-week course to settle into meditative states. That said, you can feel the benefits after even one session
