Hi,
I chose the title Sinead Write's Life because I like to write about life, and I get to help you write your life with hypnotherapy, meditation, and mindset coaching.

My initial interest in the healing arts started at quite a young age. I was fascinated with the world, and was so confused as to why the world has so much beauty, yet so much suffering, with unfair levels of poverty, wars, and in such disharmony. I was on a quest to find the meaning of life amongst all the struggles and strife.

After a bout of depression, I arrived to the conclusion that if I was going to have to live in a world that is filled with so many challenges, then I'd have to focus on doing the things that I love.

So I trained in contemporary dance, in Dublin, Madrid, and New York, and did yoga on the side.

The goal was to find joy through dance as creative expression, and inner peace through the process of yoga.

I enjoyed yoga so much that in 2001 I qualified as a yoga teacher, and began a 23-year career in the world of wellness. (Experience listed below).

I became more interested in the world of health and wellbeing, and gradually added different skill sets along the way.

Each skill was experienced thoroughly through my own eyes before offering it to others.

For example, I had been meditating daily for ten years before facilitating meditation courses. And, had trained daily in dance and yoga for 4 years before teaching yoga and pilates.

Likewise, hypnotherapy was something I reached to, to help to jump over some life hurdles. I found it excellent for assisting with reaching life goals, overcoming limiting beliefs, and in general a fast, effective, and practical form of therapy.

The correlation between inner peace and creativity has played a significant role in my life, so I encourage you to take up the creative activity or hobby that makes you sing.

We can all lose ourselves in our work, societal and life pressures, and wonder where we have gone.
I did!
I had put too much emphasis on yoga teaching and my creative side had shut down.

Until one day, and completely out of the blue, I began to imagine a brilliant story.

Seven years later I birthed A Hummingbird's Heart into the world.

I also started playing piano after a 25-year break and dabble in art.

Writing A Hummingbird's Heart was one of the most wonderful life experiences I have ever had.

When we open our minds, and allow our imagination to roam, it's extraordinary what can come through.

I will always be in awe of the creative process. It is a sacred journey, into the unknown.

It tests the ability to trust and allow stories to unfold.
It tests patience, the ability to surrender, and the ability to listen to the ether with one's whole being.
It brings with it a deep sense of peace, wonder, and delight.

If we allow ourselves the time and space to access the quiet within, it ignites creativity, imagination, and soul.

Meditating daily helped me to find the quiet within, to begin the creative process, along with gentle stretching, movement, and dancing.

Our fulfillment begins with a healthy mind, a positive attitude, and believing that there is more to life than struggles and strife.

So it is with the highest privilege that I can help you to write your life with therapies that will bring more peace, harmony, and joy into your life.

*The mediation course I offer is a simple set of physical and practical exercises.
- A set of physical postures to stretch and exercise the body.
- Breathing techniques as a tool to calm the mind, and exercise the lungs.
- Meditation to exercise the brain, to re-organise and strengthen neuropathways, to calm the mind, to increase levels of inner peace. It's also a great tool for self-observation leading towards self-actualization.

If you are spiritual, meditation is excellent to still the mind, to pray, and to become closer to God.

"Be still and know that I Am God."~ Psalm 46:10.

*It is important to highlight that meditation is a form of exercise for the mind. It is not to replace any medication or psychotherapeutic treatments.

*Hypnotherapy is not to replace any medication or psychotherapy. People in psychiatric care can only participate in hypnotherapy with psychiatrists' approval.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
